The Sr. Customer Education Manager will own strategy, structure, and governance of customer-facing content, turning scattered material into reliable infrastructure.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in customer enablement, content strategy, or related customer success function.
• Proven experience building or overhauling a content library or knowledge base from the ground up.
• Strong instincts for structure and governance, with excellent written communication.
