Job summary

Antioch is shaping the future of physical AI deployment through high-fidelity cloud simulation. We seek a Member of Technical Staff on Customer Deployments to own deployments end to end, coordinate cross-functional engineering support, and translate customer insights into product direction.

You will travel onsite with customers across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and work closely with founders to define how Antioch deploys, documents, and communicates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical PM, or post-sales at a technical product company.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales deployments end to end, coordinating solutions architecture with hands-on support to deliver on-time, high-quality implementations.
• Build the deployments function from scratch: define playbooks, processes and tooling for scaling to future customers.
• Champion customer feedback loop; distill signals and influence product roadmap with Head of Product and CTO.
