Job summary

SirenOpt is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer engagements and delivery projects from planning through execution. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Support.

Based in San Leandro on-site, this full-time role requires 7+ years in customer-facing roles, strong project management skills, and business fluency for Asia markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Account Management or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading complex customer-facing projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead customer implementation and delivery projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Support.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to executives.
• Drive customer adoption and identify opportunities for future engagement.
• Gather feedback to influence product and service improvements.
