Job summary

The Senior Customer Consultant at Jushi Holdings Inc. in Bloomington, IL will partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team, while upholding exceptional service and ensuring products are stocked and FIFO compliant.

You will input inventory data, receive deliveries, mentor staff, handle cash, verify IDs, and help customers choose products based on consumption methods, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable performing basic math and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends, train teammates.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure product assortment, communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on consumption methods and needs.
• Handle cash, verify paperwork and IDs, ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain an organized, clean store and support management communications.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Customer Consultants with Store Manager.
