Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a customer-focused team in our store. You will oversee deliveries, inventory input, FIFO product flow, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

In this role you will ensure policies are followed, train Patient Care Specialists, manage cash and inventory tasks, and maintain a compliant, organized store environment to support safe, reliable patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, and train others.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in patient consultations for better product choices.
• Receive new deliveries and map deliveries in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
• Delegate tasks during shifts and manage cash handling and discounts.
• Verify paperwork and IDs for patients; ensure safety and security.
• Maintain an organized and clean store; support management communication.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager.
• Manage closing procedures and ensure safety procedures are followed.
