Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead the team by example, delivering exceptional service while maintaining inventory accuracy and FIFO product flow.

You will oversee receiving deliveries, input inventory data, restock on the floor, and mentor staff to uphold policies, proper cash handling, and compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• Must be comfortable with cash handling and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, and share that knowledge with the team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensure product assortment, and communicate inventory actions with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to ensure informed product choices.
• Receive new deliveries in Inventory Room and verify manifests; report discrepancies to G/P & Inventory Manager.
• Delegate tasks during shifts: cash handling, paperwork, security, cleanliness, and end-of-day updates.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Complete MOD cash and inventory functions for closing procedures.
• Follow Safety & Security procedures for opening and closing.
