Qualifications

• Must have advanced degree or equivalent with 2 years of related work experience, or 5 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience designing and conducting user testing, surveys, or interviews and analyzing data.
• Experience building dashboards to monitor product performance using SQL, Python or R.
• Ability to present strategy, timeline, and status documents to leaders.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the buyer journey.
• Conduct market research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collect requirements and define project scope and milestones.
• Facilitate user testing to identify breakdowns and actions.
