• Provides outsourced services to customers relating to invoicing, reimbursement, and/or other services as liaison in problem solving and resolution.
• Supports process improvement initiatives and builds relationships with key stakeholders.
• Communicates with customers about needs and concerns and helps troubleshoot issues.
