The role requires knowledge of our product lines, strong communication, and the ability to work well with a team and independently. 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; EDI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and provide status updates.
• Handle high-volume customer calls with professionalism.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely decisions.
• Process orders and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate shipments, expedited orders, and returns.
