Job summary

Axillon is seeking a Senior Customer Account Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of high-value customers in Georgia. You will oversee score cards, respond to inquiries, and coordinate quotations with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate ordering.

You will work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial to forecast demand, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships, with an emphasis on LTAs/MTAs and premium service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience managing LTAs/MTAs preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts and terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers.
• Coordinate quotes from request through order entry.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor orders, pricing, lead times, and contracts.
• Support forecasting and material planning.
