You will lead strategic plans, sell upgrades and service contracts, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and field service teams. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of account management experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in packaging or automation equipment, including 5+ years in managing client accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Experience with filling and capping systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue for a high-value account anchored in Twin Falls, ID.
• Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans.
• Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, maintenance contracts, and parts.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and field service.
• Mentor junior account managers and own escalations.
