Job summary

Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is looking for a senior Customer Account Manager to own one of our most strategic accounts. This is a remote-based role with consistent, required onsite presence in Twin Falls, Idaho.

In this role you will:

• Own and grow revenue for a high-value account anchored in Twin Falls, ID
• Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans
• Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, maintenance contracts, and parts
• Partner with operations, engineering, and field service
• Mentor junior account managers and own escalations

What we're looking for:

• 8 to 10 years in packaging or automation equipment, including 5+ years with filling and capping systems
• 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills

Location: Remote, with consistent required commute to Twin Falls, ID. Must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate or commute consistently.

Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 + benefits
