Quality Staffing Services seeks a seasoned Custom Fiberglass Boat Builder for a climate-controlled facility. You will build, restore, repair, and maintain vessels, while supporting shop operations and collaborating with a skilled team of professionals.

This hands-on role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and quality workmanship, delivering boats that meet high standards of durability and performance. Strong attention to detail is essential and experience in gelcoat and paint touch-ups is valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in customer fiberglass construction and repair with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment with safety focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools, power equipment and fabrication techniques to assemble marine vessels and construct structural components.
• Fabricate stringers, transoms, floors and bulkheads; laminate with fiberglass and resin; prepare for topcoat paint.
• Perform intricate fiberglass tasks and mechanical systems repair including water transportation equipment and ship electrical systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
