We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys being part of a high-quality manufacturing environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with fiberglass components—grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing parts to correct imperfections and prepare them for finishing. You’ll drill precise holes in molded decks, hulls, and smaller components; accurately measure and mark parts to meet quality standards; inspect finished work for accuracy; and safely use equipment, materials, and both hand and power tools to support the production process.
While performing the duties of this role, employees are frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
We offer competitive pay, great benefits, paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and a team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship and innovation.
Please note: Employment at Freeman Boatworks is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
