Responsabilidades

• Performs custodial tasks: sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, deodorizing, and trash removal.
• Assigns, directs, and follows up on custodial staff.
• Inspects work and enforces standards to meet established quality.
• Maintains inventory, requisitions supplies, and secures equipment.
• Reports repairs and safety issues promptly.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and operates basic maintenance tasks.
