Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Assigns, directs, and follows up on custodial staff work.
• Inspects work and directs corrective actions to meet standards.
• Manages inventory, requisitions supplies, and safeguards equipment.
• Reports repairs and safety concerns and maintains records.
• Supervises preparation for special events and checks time cards.
