Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial functions to maintain cleanliness (sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, deodorizing, trash removal).
• Directs and follows up on custodial staff work; inspects and enforces standards.
• Conducts inventory, requisitions supplies, and ensures security of items.
• Performs basic boiler and rooftop unit maintenance; responds to emergencies and weather-related tasks.
