The position is based onsite in Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX, with responsibility for enhancing workflows, addressing data issues, and coordinating with technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, Broker-Dealer, RIA, or Financial Services environments.
• Experience working with custodians, clearing firms, portfolio accounting platforms, or investment data providers.
• Strong understanding of investment account data, transactions, positions, and securities.
• Experience managing or supporting data integrations, APIs, and third-party technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with custodians, clearing firms, and third-party data providers.
• Oversee account, transaction, position, and investment data feeds.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, feed failures, and connectivity problems.
• Partner with technology and data teams to enhance systems, workflows, and processes.
• Develop and prioritize product enhancements and integration roadmaps.
• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Ensure data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.
• Monitor APIs and automated data connections to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving wealth management technology and data integrations.
• Support scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and data accessibility.
