Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning operations, typically including spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing trash receptacles, stain removing, window cleaning.
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Perform routine housekeeping services including emptying trash, dusting, spot cleaning, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies.
• Operate and maintain power equipment (carpet vacuums, canister/tank vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpacks, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Use prescribed safety equipment as required.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and per guidelines.
• Respond to work requests from occupants and service system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
