Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of recent experience in supervisory roles over custodial staff.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school education or equivalent preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and supervise custodial staff across assigned areas.
• Create schedules to maintain staffing levels per contract.
• Approve vacation time, overtime and timecards.
• Train custodians on equipment.
• Coordinate with client management and resolve concerns.
• Inspect quality and institute corrective measures.
• Monitor supplies and ensure equipment is in working condition.
