Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years of recent experience in supervising custodial and related employees performing cleaning in major facilities.
• Experience supervising custodial staff and related cleaning operations.
• Ability to train custodians on work-related equipment.
• Knowledge of contract requirements and scheduling to maintain skilled staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff across assigned areas (common areas, service hallways, food court).
• Create schedules to meet contract requirements and staffing levels.
• Approve vacations, overtime and timecards; train custodians on equipment.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular inspections and evaluations.
