Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance of a large building.
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a large group of custodial staff, foremen and related workers.
• Inspects work to ensure efficiency, economy and quality.
• Requisitions, stores and issues supplies.
• Trains new employees or arranges training.
• Prepares work schedules and maintains records.
• Receives and handles equipment.
