Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned school facilities to maintain a sanitary, safe work environment.
• Delivers items and materials to ensure adequate supplies.
• Informs staff and supervisor about activities, safety and maintenance.
• Inspects facilities for safety, cleanliness and repairs.
• Leads and assists in organizing work schedules and evaluations of custodians.
• Maintains inventory and develops requisitions for supplies.
• Maintains preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.
• Responds to safety and operational concerns to resolve issues.
• Maintains records of time, performance and overtime.
