• Delegate tasks and train staff on cleaning methods and equipment.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary decisions as per policy.
• Review work orders and allocate workload to meet deadlines.
• Supervise equipment, supplies, keys, and inventories; perform custodial duties as needed.
