Centric Consulting is seeking a Leader, Culture, Team Effectiveness Lead to guide organizational transformation initiatives in Northwest Ohio. You will partner with executives to assess effectiveness, strengthen leadership alignment, and drive workforce engagement, translating strategy into sustainable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organizational transformation or related consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certifications in Change Management or Organizational Development are a plus.
• Experience with organizational diagnostics and leadership assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational and leadership assessments for growth or transformation.
• Evaluate structures, governance, decision processes, and accountability.
• Facilitate executive interviews, leadership workshops, and engagement assessments.
• Identify barriers affecting performance and culture.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and alignment.
• Create implementation roadmaps for measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior executives as trusted transformation advisor.
