Sodexo is seeking a Senior Culinary Supervisor for Marquette University Catering on-site. You will oversee daily food operations, coordinating service staff across fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and casual dining to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in overseeing food service operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of on-site food operations and coordinate service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and casual dining.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service; handle problem resolution.
• Attend shifts on time; perform other duties as needed by accounts and client requirements.
