Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor for the University setting to oversee on-site food service operations including fast casual, cafeterias, and events. You will coordinate daily activities with on-site management and ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, dependable, and safety-minded, with supervisory experience and at least 1 year in related work. Workdays are afternoons/evenings; full-time position in Evansville, IN.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key food-service functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff across the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
