Job summary

FEDITC, LLC. seeks a Senior Voice Engineer to identify performance issues and own troubleshooting, repair, configuration, monitoring, and upgrades of networked VoIP/UC systems on both unclassified and classified networks.

This on-site, mission-essential role requires a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship. Key responsibilities include implementing Cisco UC technologies, tier-2/3 support, system cutovers, documentation, testing, trend analysis, and real-time troubleshooting data.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Cisco Voice Engineer.
Experience with CUCM/Unified Communications.
Cisco Unity and UCCX scripting experience.
Routing, Switching and VoIP proficiency.

Responsibilities

Implement and support Cisco Unified Communications technologies.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for existing systems.
Install, transition, and cutover components of the systems.
Maintain ground equipment and systems documentation on schedule and ad-hoc bases.
Test and integration activities for voice systems.
Gather trend analysis data to support resource planning.
Provide real-time statistics to aid troubleshooting.
Upgrade VoIP/UC systems.
Monitor UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring tools.
Review work progress for accuracy and conformance to standards.
Perform other voice technology duties as assigned.
