Parsons in Summit Point, WV is seeking a Senior CUAS Engineer to lead design, integration, testing, and deployment of Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems. You will oversee lab and range operations, sustainment, and work with customers to tailor configurations to mission requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering and at least 2 years in leadership, with an active Secret clearance. Expect international deployments, strong compliance knowledge, and mentoring junior engineers.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience in related disciplines.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Leads physical integration of CUAS systems incl. hardware, software and sensors.
• Oversees testing and validation of integrated CUAS systems.
• Manages lab and range operations for CUAS engineers.
• Plans deployment, installation and sustainment in domestic and international locations.
• Interacts with customers to tailor system configurations to mission requirements.
• Coordinates across teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.
• Maintains documentation for configurations, procedures, and deployment plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and operational standards for CUAS.
