Job summary

Sherpa 6 is seeking a Senior Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-sUAS) Systems Integrator to provide direct technical and program support in the National Capital Region. You will unify sensors, C2 systems, networks, data feeds, and defenses into cohesive, system-of-systems capabilities for government capability managers and military operators.

This senior role requires extensive hands-on integration across air, ground, surface, and subsurface unmanned systems, plus the ability to coordinate with OEMs,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• 8+ years of systems integration and related technical experience.
• Experience integrating multiple hardware and software components into an operational system.
• Knowledge of C-UXS capabilities and related mission areas.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical advisor to government C-sUAS capability managers.
• Translate mission requirements into executable technical and integration activities.
• Develop and maintain mission threads, use cases, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate sensors, command-and-control systems, networks, data services, and software.
• Analyze data flows, connectivity, protocols, timing, and interoperability issues.
• Plan and support laboratory, field, and operational test events.
• Develop leadership briefings, executive summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Support acquisition, fielding, and configuration-management decisions.
