Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented C-UxS Test Engineer to design, conduct, analyze, and report on Counter-Unmanned Systems performance tests and evaluations. You will drive test plans for RF devices, EO/IR cameras, user interfaces, networks, and software integrations.

The role involves front-end/back-end software support, fast-paced Agile work, and delivery of detailed test narratives and reports to leadership. Some travel across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement and 5+ years of experience or equivalent daily data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Linux.
• Experience with test design and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans for C-UxS technologies including RF, EO/IR, UI, networks, and software integrations.
• Support front-end and back-end software development.
• Work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Develop test concepts and write narratives to support technical analysis.
• Draft and maintain test documentation for testing and evaluation.
• Provide general test support including setup and teardown.
• Safely operate drones as required for testing.
• Execute tests across multiple locations in the U.S.
• Help develop key metrics for program solutions.
• Create operator guidance and target configuration instructions.
• Brief leadership with findings and recommendations.
• Write and deliver test reports to government customers.
