Parsons is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and implement software for the Drone Armor counter-UAS program. The role requires leading software components, evaluating low-code/no-code options, and ensuring secure, maintainable code across development and field environments.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with systems engineers, and drive architectural decisions to meet mission requirements. A Secret clearance is required and US citizenship is needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field is required with 5 years of experience or 8 years of equivalent experience
• Experience coding in multiple languages and delivering mission-critical software
• Proficiency with containerization, CI/CD, and secure software practices

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain software across multiple languages for Drone Armor capabilities
• Lead design and implementation of software components, services, and interfaces
• Evaluate low code/no code options and integrate with custom software
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, integration, and field environments
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and participate in design reviews
