UCHealth's GreenVal ED in Denver seeks a CT Team Lead to guide a skilled CT team, ensuring high-quality imaging and efficient workflow. This onsite role emphasizes mentorship, process improvement, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings ARRT CT certification, RT registration, formal Radiologic Technologist education, and at least two years of CT experience, complemented by BLS certification. Onsite duties span equipment QC, staff coaching, and rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification and RT registration required.
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• State licensure if required; BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of CT experience.
• BLS by the American Heart Association or Red Cross before start date.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, coach, and evaluate CT team performance for productivity and quality.
• Coordinate services, prioritize workload, and support decision-making.
• Provide guidance on complex or novel issues.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
