UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging under physician orders, manage contrast administration, and ensure patient education and cooperation. You will operate CT equipment, monitor patient status, and contribute to quality imaging and safety standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT CT certification or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• One year of experience.
• ARRT CT registry eligible or certified with completion of registry in CT within 12 months.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS – BLS through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date; card valid through 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient history and initiates CT images per physician order.
• Safely administers contrast media or imaging medications while monitoring patient condition.
• Responds and reports changes in patient condition as appropriate.
• Implements techniques to yield image clarity and ensure quality control and equipment function per established Radiology practices.
• May perform 3-D post-processing and report scan results.
