Job summary

The Team Lead serves as a clinical resource for CT technologists and students, coordinates workflows with other departments, and supports staff development to promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT registry required.
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 3–5 years CT experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations per protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily workflows and staff assignments.
• Maintain patient safety, image quality, and patient experience.
• Serve as clinical resource for CT technologists and students.
• Support communication and collaboration between departments.
• Troubleshoot clinical, technical, and workflow concerns.
• Promote consistent CT protocol application.
• Assist with orientation and training of new CT staff.
