Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist (Level II) at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO. The role requires ARRT CT registration, BLS, and 3+ years of CT experience. Qualifications

• ARRT (R) registration required or on hire.
• BLS within 60 days required.
• Licensure in state of practice as applicable on hire.
• IV competency within 90 days required.
• For Colorado, fluoroscopy certification preferred.
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and operate CT equipment to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol and review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within time limits without compromising patient care or exam quality.
• Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated with CT technology and protocols through ongoing education.
• Instruct students and staff in exam protocols and positioning.
