Job summary

Rock Health seeks a CT Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and support departmental operations. You will set up and operate CT equipment, position patients, and post-process complex protocols, including TAVR and Cardiac CTA.

The role includes mentorship, workflow oversight in the absence of the chief tech, and contributing to quality control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, including 1 year in CT.
Excellent communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and quality control procedures.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

Verify orders, obtain patient history, and administer contrast safely.
Ensure proper patient identification, labeling, and image review for diagnostic quality.
Respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, and maintain privacy and comfort.
Perform advanced CT protocols and assist with other imaging modalities as needed.
Maintain equipment, ensure safety protocols, and manage supplies.
Contribute to departmental efficiency, staff training, and process improvements.
Document procedures accurately and support regulatory compliance.
