Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a senior Security leader to serve as the primary Chief Security Officer for Next Generation programs. You will provide authoritative guidance on NISPOM and DoD security requirements, and define end-to-end security architecture aligned with program milestones and risk posture.

You will lead Security Working Groups, brief senior leadership and government customers on security posture and mitigations, and oversee clearance processing and security systems nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of security experience on US Government classified programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary CSSO for Next Generation programs, advising on NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07 series, ICDs and sponsor requirements.
• Define and own the end-to-end security architecture and governance for assigned programs, aligning with milestones and risk posture.
• Lead program security working groups; brief senior leadership and government customers on security posture and mitigations.
• Oversee clearance processing, eligibility determinations, visit authorizations, and JPAS/DISS, and related security systems.
