Textron Systems is seeking a Program Security Manager – FSO/ CSSO to oversee day-to-day security compliance for collateral and special program portfolios. The role ensures adherence to NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICDs and government regulations, while aligning security with business needs.

The candidate will manage risk, deliver security training, and collaborate with customers and sponsors to maintain an effective, compliant security program across secure environments.

Competenze

• Must have final DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience implementing NISPOM/32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07 in complex environments.
• Experience with personnel security, classified material control, and visitor control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Execute daily security operations and ensure NISP compliance.
• Oversee access control to the main facility and compartments.
• Develop and implement SOPs for secure environments.
• Provide security education and awareness for staff in secured spaces.
• Coordinate with Information Assurance personnel on onsite system configurations.
• Maintain accreditation letters and security documentation (DD-254s, 701/702s, DD147s).
