The role covers physical and personnel security at all classification levels, ensuring DoD/IC compliance while enabling growth of classified portfolios. You will act as both FSO and CSSO, coordinating with government security offices, managing PERSEC and COMSEC, and developing security policies and training for SCI and SAP environments, across a

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security operations experience in defense or regulated environments.
• Experience as FSO/CSSO or similar leadership role.
• Active TS clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Knowledge of DoD and IC security requirements and SAP/SI environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations for facilities and programs.
• Oversee COMSEC requirements for classified programs.
• Maintain DoD/IC compliance across SCI and SAP security.
• Manage PERSEC activities: clearances, access, briefings, and visits.
• Interface with government security offices to align requirements.
• Support security inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Develop security policies, procedures, training, and documentation.
