• Extensive knowledge of Motion products and services and customer needs

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries and processes quotes and orders via multiple channels
• Promotes Motion’s products to existing customers to generate sales
• Negotiate pricing within approved parameters to protect gross profit
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers and ensure service levels
• Collaborate with Account Representatives and other teams to fulfill orders and resolve issues
