Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an Events Senior Specialist in Plano, TX to lead CSR and employee volunteering programs and coordinate internal and marketing events at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC). You will partner with nonprofit partners, ERGs, and cross-functional teams to drive social impact and deliver well-organized events.

The role requires 6–8 years in CSR, events coordination, or marketing/employee engagement with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing CSR campaigns, employee engagement programs, or corporate events.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and people skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of CSR and employee engagement programs across North America.
• Oversee CSR campaigns, planning, communications, budgets, execution and reporting.
• Develop relationships with nonprofit organizations, ERGs, and internal stakeholders for volunteering and giving.
• Administer volunteer management platforms, including event creation, reporting and data governance.
• Coordinate charitable giving and donor processes with Finance, Legal, and leadership.
• Develop CSR communications and SharePoint content to keep resources current.
