NTT DATA North America is looking for a Remote Social Media Agent based in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on community management through social media, managing calls, emails, and chats for Consumer Relations while handling a large volume of inquiries across multiple brands.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in customer service and social media marketing, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer experience. Availability is required Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Extensive hands-on experience with social media/marketing.
• 2 years experience in an office environment.
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be an English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service experience to consumers and customers.
• Maintain effective customer service for all internal and external customers.
• Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes.
• Attend training classes to stay current on customer service procedures.
• Problem solve in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels.
• Address issues to provide first call resolution.
