Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Eastern U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction across our AI-powered communications platform.

You will be the primary contact for credit unions and community banks, conducting regular check-ins, creating tailored success plans, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customers realize maximum value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech environments.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic account management skills.
• Experience conducting business reviews and driving customer value.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure customer outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive adoption through training and best practices.
• Track customer health metrics and advocate customer needs to cross-functional teams.
