Job summary

The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank is seeking a Senior Food Program Coordinator at our Murphy Canyon site. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt and benefited role supports the CSFP program across San Diego County.

Under the CSFP Supervisor, you will enroll participants, verify eligibility, coordinate distributions, and maintain records while working with volunteers and site liaisons to ensure excellent service to seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–3 years in programs, food assistance, or similar nonprofits.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register and assist seniors for CSFP boxes.
• Verify eligibility and check-ins at distributions.
• Coordinate drive-through and walk-up distributions; ensure safety and cleanliness.
