Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Orange County in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a CSFP Program Manager to lead CSFP distribution sites, supervise staff, and ensure program compliance. The salary range is $70,304 to $81,000 with a day shift and possible travel within the county. The ideal candidate may be bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years direct management experience.
• Leadership of CSFP staff and operations.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
• Willing to work in-office and Saturdays rotation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate CSFP distribution activities.
• Supervise Eligibility Technicians and field work.
• Ensure CSFP compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with CAP OC partners and staff.
• Prepare monthly calendars and budgets.
• Lead nutrition education materials distribution.
