Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteers or community outreach is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and handling is desirable.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and maintain safety procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with volunteer management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive experience for volunteers and guide them during shifts.
• Instruct volunteers on project procedures and ensure correct packing according to standards.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to prepare materials for projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitize areas after shifts.
• Track inventory levels and communicate needs to the warehouse team.
