Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a senior CS System Engineer to partner with Tesla R&D in Austin, TX, driving technology introduction for ASML DUV/EUV systems. You will lead cross-functional efforts, align content strategies, and own the technical roadmap for overlay, focus, and imaging in a high‑impact environment.

The role requires a strong technical background, 10+ years in a related ASML discipline, and the ability to collaborate across teams and customers to optimize performance in a demanding

Qualifications

Ten years of experience in a technical ASML role or similar.
Experience with ASML DUV/EUV systems and technology introduction.
Strong ability to communicate with Tesla R&D teams and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage cross-functional content and strategy decisions.

Responsibilities

Own content from ASML to Tesla to align on strategy for technology overlay, focus, and imaging.
Understand and address machine aspects in ASML scanners.
Review and challenge content decisions with stakeholders and leadership.
Build and maintain a strong internal and external network across ASML and Tesla.
Contribute to strategic goals for technology implementation at Tesla.
