Job summary

ASML in Austin, TX seeks a senior CS System Engineer to support Tesla’s R&D fab by introducing and integrating ASML DUV and EUV systems. You will communicate how the systems work, set up for optimal performance, and own the technology introduction program with the Tesla team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ASML technical roles or similar with DUV/EUV knowledge.
• Experience with technology introduction and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple product lines and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technology communications to Tesla team.
• Align ASML content with Tesla on optimal strategy for new R&D fab.
• Understand and address machine aspects in Scanners and Sources.
• Moderate discussions with internal and external parties on scanner deployments.
