Job summary

Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) is seeking a Senior CS Systems Administrator to architect and own Salesforce and CS platforms across the CS ecosystem. You will translate complex CS challenges into detailed architectural blueprints, data maps, and automated workflows, while leading Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.

In this role, you’ll mentor junior engineers, partner with IT/Engineering, and drive ROI and retention outcomes using emerging AI capabilities and advanced

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors in Business, Technology, or related field; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years in SaaS System Administration & Enterprise Architecture.
• 5+ years administering dedicated CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango).
• 5+ years Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Experience integrating CS platforms with enterprise CRMs and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Salesforce CS platform logic and CS systems to drive efficiency and customer health visibility.
• Design robust bi-directional data integrations between Salesforce, CS platforms, data warehouses, and telemetry.
• Own platform governance, security, releases, and long-term scalability; evaluate future software.
• Collaborate with CS Transformation Product Owners, Ops, and IT for feasible technical designs.
• Lead AI integration and automated workflows within CS operations; oversee QA, CI/CD, deployments.
